The Colt Navy 1851 is one of the basic revolvers in the game. It can be acquired for free in the weapons menu (B) in most modes, or bought as one of the cheapest weapons. It is a solid gun with decent accuracy and a quick fanning mode, but will usually take 3 shots to kill, or 2 if one of them is a headshot. As such, it can be good for dueling as the constant hits disorient your opponent, but is a poor choice against two or more enemies. It also has strong dual-wielding potential, especially with weapons like the Peacemaker or the Mare's leg, where the Navy can be used as a finisher for more notoriety.
